Refund policy

We do not offer a refund, all sales are final due to perishable product


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any report after 2 hours of delivery completion, SK Homemade Cakes reserve the right not to entertain the complaint.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, cakes, pastries, food-related products or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Not applicable to the perishable product.

Cancellation request from Buyer 
Cancellation request from Buyer due to an unforeseen circumstance and the order has not been prepared/baked or ship out
Scenario 1, 2 or 3 as below
1. Issued the same amount of the original invoice payment in an online discount code to offset the same amount on the next purchase or
2. Issued 80% refund of payment amount with 20% admin charges for administration cancellation work (example RM100 invoice = RM80 refund, RM20 admin charges) or
3. Postpone your order to a later date.
